New Hope Windward is looking for a few amazing individuals who would like to join our OfficeTeam. We are currently hiring for the positions of Office Manager and Bookeeper.

FINANCE MANAGER:
Previous book keeping experience is preferred. We are looking for an organized and detail oriented individual. Knowledge of Quick- books is desirable. Duties include but are not limited to posting of tithing, payroll, issuing of reimbursement checks, reconciliation of accounts receivables and accounts payables, monthly budget reports and expenditures, checks and balances of individual department budgets, annual audit with Foursquare Church, maintenance of HR files, maintenance of policies and procedures of Foursquare bylaws and manuals.

OFFICE MANAGER:
A minimum of 2-3 years office management experience is preferred. Candidates should have strong clerical, customer service and leadership skills. Preferrably in the area of supervising more than 50+ employees in a high impact environment. Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint is desirable but not required. Experience with Mac programs is a plus.

Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, ordering office and ministry supplies as needed, oversee office ministry staff, handle weekly cleaning/maintenance of office supplies, oversee contracts/proposals for office equipment, design and print of weekly bulletin, minor HR duties, handling logistics of special projects including facilities use agreements, provide clerical support for all staff members as needed.

ON CALL COMPUTER SUPPORT:
Looking for an on call tech savvy individual. We are looking for someone who would be able to troubleshoot both PC and MAC hardware and software as problems arise. Networking experience is a plus.
